Moved Mother due to inconsisten care
I found I had to be an advocate for my mom, and had to keep after
them to get her the medical care and follow up she needed. I
discovered that the shifts didn't report changes in patient from one
shift to another...
Absolute Nightmare
Nurses were overworked and missed meds; therapy director and
admin director intentionally were lax on therapy schedules so patients
would have to stay longer. CNA staff overworked and left patients in
chairs overnight unattended...

Great place!
While it is not the most modern assisted living that my son has been in, it is
definitely the friendliest. The staff is exceptional! The are always asking
what they can do better. I feel comfortable leaving my son in Monarch.
