The strong odors of urine makes this facility unbearable to visit. It is obvious the patients must not be clean.

They are all the same.
This facility has a great deal of employee turnover and that leads to a great deal of confusion. It smells like any other nursing home and personaly, I would not eat that food under any circumstances.
