I vistited my aunt at the facilty today, and after waiting at the nursing desk for 10 minutes - with aids, etc walking by and NO one asking me if I needed anything..........

My Mother was at this facility and most of the staff members don't do what they are suppose to due for the seniors. One time, I came in and the place smells so bad I almost got sick to my stomach. Only to find waste on the floor...
