Horrible place!
I would not put a dog n this facility. There was stench as soon as I entered. Residents did not seem happy. The front desk was unattended and staff was disinterested.
Perfect Location, exceptional care!
Scarlet Oaks has been great to my family. The staff is wonderful and attentive, and the grounds are beautiful. It really is a hidden gem in the gaslight district of Clifton. I would recommend it to anyone.
Keep Your loved one away from this place
The director of this facility does not care about the residents at all. As long as they're not breaking any laws he could care less about the health of the residents...

I would NOT recommend this home to my puppy dog. There is not enough help. They let the CNA's and QMA's run the place. There is no communication between the staff. Things are not followed threw.
