Ashley is terribly UNDERSTAFFED
The nurses a not trained and are unprofessional residents have to waits 30-40 minutes to have meals served the response to someone in need is even worse! I won't put someone I love to their trust they will fail you!
Bad Place
I would not take my dog to this place it is dirty and they don't help to old get clean up if they pee or poo there self ,my grandma had to go here for rehab and my mom is having her moved do to the bad treatment .....

My father was sent to this facility in his last days. He had received great care at cox hospital and all his doctors there were great. He was passing away and we all were aware of this fact...
