Absolutely unclean environment and the seniors are neglected.
When I arrived the smell of urine was prevalent, the rooms were filthy and
emergency alarm sounded the entire time of my visit (4 hours) and no one seemed
to care. Four seniors complained that they needed attention...

This facility may look nice, but the people who work in the memory care, all they do is
text and fool around with each other, leaving helpless residents almost falling out of their

One of the BEST
I have toured this facility and found it to be very clean and odor free.
It is licensed now for 74 beds of Skilled Nursing Care. They have and
use a large Jacuzzi whirlpool tub with a lift. The food service, which I
have also sampled...
Highly recommended.
Highly recommended. Caring staff and very clean. Most residents
seem very happy.
