These poor residents are often left in wet urine soaked clothing.
STNA's leave lights on forever and the residents have to result to
screaming. STNA's care more about smoke breaks than residents...

Substandard care. Careless staff.
WORST NURSING HOME!!!
This facility should be on the worst list!!! Our Mother is there, and we
will be removing her next week, due to lack of care (bed sores) and
she tool a fall 3 months ago and received no x-rays. She has a
fractured back!

The memory care unit is BELOW sub-standard. Unqualified employees make this
place a nightmare. Don't be fooled by the Cracker Barrel interior. You'll pay
top dollar for the absolute worst...
