Room 408b in november 23 2008 was totally below health standards.
A complaint was made to albany department of health. the immediate reaction by the facility was to paint.that alone is very telling.the ground floor entrance was most attractive and clean. not so in room 408b where my daughter was placed...

NURSING STAFF is horrible. they don't care about new residents just their favorites. Don't answer the call bells and it stinks in there. Don't put your family in here. It is a horrible place and over charges for rooms for the lack of care given...
