The people here were rude. I was thinking about putting one of my family members in this home. The people were unprofessional and cared more about going to lunch than helping. The facility was dirty.

I worked at ratliff for a year and i loved my job the nursing home was spotless and all the residents recieved excellent care. My employer treated all her staff like they were family.
