Resident & family reviews
This facility failed on @ least 2 occasions to give our loved one proper medical care---1 time they had let her blood sugar get so low, that she was taken by ambulance to ER & we were advised she was "non- responsive (we thought was dead) they also failed to keep her pace- maker checked properly---VERY NEGLECTFUL.
