High cost, LOW service!

Very poor service... will not even pick a resident up off the floor! AL is an Al la carte nightmare of expense. Low food quality as they save a buck at the resident's expense. Five grand plus for a small 2 bedroom with NO care or protection in IL. If anything goes wrong all they will do is call 911. Look elsewhere!!
