If you care about your loved one at all do not put them in this home. The owner does not care about the residents, this is strictly business for her and it is sad. You can see the negative effect this has on the residents as she cuts any corners she possibly can to afford herself another vacation. If your loved one falls and breaks a hip and requires more advanced services that they do not provide, she will come after you for the next 30 days of rent even though the resident required more care than they provide. She will probably come after you for rent when your parent dies too. STAY AWAY.
