Grade F

This place is terrible. If you care for your loved one at all, even one iota, you will look elsewhere for care. My mother was dropped from a wheelchair that we specifically told the administration and all nurses never to put her in (both in writing and verbally) because she had no upper body strength. She needed 12 stitches in her forehead within hours of her check-in. And they also had the nerve to try to bill us for it! This place gets an F in my opinion.
