This facility should be closed: the staff is untrained and unsupervised, no LVN or RN there regularly, serious problems with heating/air conditioning, 30 minute responses to calls for help, dead cockroaches under furniture, bad food (typical dinner includes mashed potatoes, pasta, and corn). There have been at least 4 complaints to Social Services, all of which have been found valid. Costs constantly escalate without clarification of what residents are being charged for. It's terribly expensive for elderly needing simple assisted living, dangerous for elderly needing any kind of dementia care. It's just a matter of time before they kill someone.
