Resident & family reviews
When I arrived the smell of urine was prevalent, the rooms were filthy and emergency alarm sounded the entire time of my visit (4 hours) and no one seemed to care. Four seniors complained that they needed attention, they had been sitting in wet and soiled diapers for hours. I am deeply concerned for the elderly patients that are being subjected to this poor quality of care. There were no activities planned for them throughout the day. They are understaffed and the living conditions are dismal.
