Working here has taught me a lot. The staff is what makes it difficult to work here. Depending on who you’re working with can make or break your day. The employees who are fairly new are usually the nicer ones. The ones who have been here for years are very strict and follow what they usually do for routine. Some of the nurses, especially the older ones are especially mean and never honest whenever they are caught red-handed with any mistakes on the floor. The management has a deep sense of favoritism, especially if you’re good- looking then they will offer you any position that is not related to what their skill set or experience is geared towards to. They do have company meetings and offer food every now and then but this is not a place where I would recommend for a career for the rest of your life. This place is just average to say the least.
