??Cons: ?1) Defiantly NOT a facility for "active" seniors 2) High turnover with staff & management, which results in poor moral and service to their residents 3) Theft is common in the rooms with no recourse 4) Slow to respond to issues or requests? 5) Building is old, smells and pipes in walls make noise 6) Billing is hard to understand and antiquated??. They will try and bill you for "questionable" services. ?7) No Standard Operating Procedures for services, procedures etc.? 8) Poor food quality 9) Located in a REALY bad neighborhood ?? Pro's:? 1) Grounds are well maintained?
