Resident & family reviews
Is this a nursing home or a jungle gym? It is impossible for patients in wheelchair to pull themselves freely along the corridor; there are too much stuff placed along both sides of the wall. Looks just like a house full of junk everywhere - totally unsafe. The staff seem over-worked and not happy doing what they do. There are no smiles on their faces, no friendly greetings, no kindness and not willing to offer help for the needy. It takes at least 20 minutes for a CNA/Nurse to respond to calls on emergency buttons. When administering medicines, CNA/Nurse rushes through procedures and do not show TLC for the patients.
