This facility is not operated like any assisted living facility I have ever been to or worked with. They were far understaffed, which is a risk for the residents who are susceptible to falls. The caregivers here are sub-par, not engaging residents in activities and showing no interest in their overall health. Furthermore, their first-aid certifications are not kept up to date.
