My family praises the caregivers at Pondella Serenity Court for providing us a level of comfort in knowing our Mom, Florence was receiving care in a loving, nurturing environment. The attentive nature and resourcefulness the owners and staff provided while administering to my Mothers health and medical needs were exemplary. It was wonderful to find a facility where any services that could be were provided on site rather than having to send Mom out to the hospital or a specialists office. We felt blessed to have found such a team that displayed real concern and caring for those under their supervision. We were kept informed of Mom?s situation and advised regularly about what was recommended and done so that she was happy, safe and content.
