Resident & family reviews
I recently removed my mother from this facility. There were repeated incidents of lack of care in the evening and weekend shifts when supervisors were not there. Although the day shifts seemed to try to correct what other shifts were doing I did not feel that my mother was safe there. I saw staff members ignore patients requests for help in getting into bed and being yelled at for attempting to get ice out of the ice machine. Although the day time staff was excellent I worried about the shifts when the administrators were not there.
