Resident & family reviews
My ex-husband, has dementia, was placed in this horrible place about Feb 2011. It is horrible. The place is over heated, dark, loud and rudeness abounds. They care nothing for their patients. They are never in a hurry to get to the patients room when the light comes on and should you ask a question of a nurse you will get your head bit off. I am still waiting for a return phone call from one of these "so called nurses" since the middle of Feb. This is April 24 2011. There is NO compassion at all. They do not honor the power of attorney or any thing else either. If you or one of your family needs care send them to Life Care at Wells Crossing. You will not be disappointed there.
