Skilled Nursing & Rehab

I had put my mother here as she had my step-dad in there about 8 years ago. We did not realize it had changed hands. My mother IS NOT there now. The CNA's were nice enough but there were not enough of them to care for all the residents there. Upper Management was the problem. They talked a good game, but did not follow up on anything and to get to talk to someone was near impossible.
