Resident & family reviews
My Father entered Brookdale in 4/2020 and as a family unit we have observed Brookdale to be typical in their care and presentation of services to our elderly. Some employees are exceptional at their performance and knowledge, other staff needs some improvement, Overall Covid has compromised our initial experience however we are hopeful Brookdale will overcome this crisis to be both stronger and wiser.
