I presently have my mom at Grand Court and continue to run into issues having her seen by the Dr. for medical issues in a timely manner if at all,staff noticing changes in her that should require her at least being seen by a nurse,changes in her medicine and then not being monitored,request to see itemized billing when montly bill has increased,poor communication between staff and family,and lack of caring by staff. For the amount of monet paid on a monthly basis to have the elevators(one or both) constantly not availale for use,the food is horrible with the new staff with alernatives not offered most of the time,repaires to walls if done with spackling which is not been done right/which doesn't even get painted, and the lack of a.c thru out the building. I would advise to take a second look before placing your loved one her,the views are spectacular from some rooms but that is the extent of it.
