The Director of The Veranda is so rude, has a short fuse, no compassion. She never returns phone calls, always busy and easy to get upset and tell you so. Tells me she's new and Not sure of how job. Are you kidding me? Have been trying since May 2010 to bring my mom home to NH and she won't let me she won't give me the answers I need. This place is a Prison they're after the money they over medicate my mom to make her confuse and keep quite. They are the worst of the worst.
