This nursing home was very dirty, the staff will lie to your face. They let my father dehydrate 3 times in 4 months. I know of a situation a patient was dropped in shower and now has problems with her shoulder and back. The nursing say it's an open door policy but, when going to talk with them they threaten to have you removed.

After visiting so many nursing homes and rehab facilities, I had to pick one to put my mother in after she had a hip fracture from a fall at home. Immediately upon walking in, Signature is entirely different, with a non-nursing home feel and modern decor. The rooms are spacious, ours had an extra suite/living area for families to be comfortable when visiting. I cannot speak highly enough about the tremendous rehab team, who were able to get my mother to participate in high level skills, I never thought she would, but that earner her the right to go home in under 30 days. The only real downside seemed to be the occasional cold breakfast and lack of available towels. But overall, highly recommended.
