Poor management & staffing problems.

A vacancy was offered to me as being available the first of the month but I was not given a certain availability date. I hired a mover to move me in 8 days later but was informed that the apartment would not be ready on that date and they would not commit to a certain availability date. I asked numerous times what was still needed but was only given lame excuses or no real answers. They finally called me to tell mo that they did not want me to move into their facility. There is a management and staffing problem.
