Terrible Nursing facility

Terrible place! I did my clinicals at this facility for nursing. The male CNA's were rough with the patients. While repositioning patients they were so careless that patients screamed out in pain. No dignity for these poor patients. They are all lined up at the nurses station after lunch in their wheelchairs so the nurses don't have to go into each room to check on them. The patients were treated cruelly and were verbally abused as well. Patients waited endlessly for their call lights to be answered. Under staffed seems to be the way of medical facilities these days. Most of the staff were not happy to be there and couldn't care less about the well being of the patients, even the R.N.'s. Patients with dietary restrictions weren't given the proper food, they didn't even check their care tickets in the cafeteria. Truly, I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this nursing home. I kills me to think of the helpless people that have been admitted to this place. How can these people treat the elderly so disrespectfully? Honestly, I'm surprised this facility is still open.
