While the facilities are newer and bright, the care, in particular in the nursing and memory care units, is lacking. Basic safety is overlooked and the facility is understaffed. The CNAs do the best they can but more help is needed. Residents who cannot eat themselves are often fed last and after the food sitting in front of them is cold. Falls, due to lack of supervision, seem to be frequent. Please make sure you do your research and can advocate on behalf of your family member. You may also want to consider supplemental care. This facility costs far too much for the level of care/service provided.
