But inside it leaves a lot to be desired. I was very disappointed in the maid (housekeeping) service. They just didn't do a very good job. Sometimes they didn't even come. I made maintenance requests that were never addressed. I often had to cook my own food because the food there was very irregular in how good it was. Sometimes they ran out before everyone had eaten. They just don't care about the residents. The director won't even eat the food they serve there. That should say a lot.

The food that is served is definitely substandard. A place like this (that charges as much as they do) should have the best food in town. However, the meals that are served are often not even edible. Don't expect that you can live on what they feed you. You will definitely have to buy and prepare your own food quite often.
is included rarely does anything beyond a light dusting, and that is if they even show up when they are supposed to. They fail to show up quite a bit of the time.
Repairs take an extremely long time to get done, if they are done at all.
The manager does not fix the problems. The staff knows they can slide by because the manager doesn't require them to do the work they should be doing.
