We had numerous problems at Bickford in Peoria. I am not sure where a good place would be, but based on our experience it is not Bickford House. The senior management there was very problematic. There were major problems with the medical care, the food preparation, and the other services, yet the management refused to address any of the problems. The director who was there when we were is no longer there, so perhaps things will improve. I would not recommend any facility that he was associated with.
