Resident & family reviews
Let's just start with there is no communication at all. They will tell you one thing then turn it around when it back fires in their face. Their business office is a joke and admission office is a joke. When i say there is no communication, THERE IS NONE. They can never answer a basic question or they will consistently tell you that they do not understand. They will harass you if paperwork is not turned in on their time or a payment is not processed on their timeline even if the funds are not available. If you are trying to get state help to pay for their services take your business to a better nursing home. This one is a joke and their staff turn over is very high!
