Resident & family reviews
I just want to say that the information about this facility being run by HCR Manor care is incorrect. Northbrook is owned by a husband and wife and their 2 daughters, not a corporation. Northbrook Manor gave excellent care to my grandma, not only did she get good care but she was treated with love and respect by her caregivers. Northbrook has a helpful, knowledgeable staff who are able to assist you with any questions/concerns you may have. The facility is always neat and clean and has a homelike atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!
