Despite its 4 star rating, this facility was dirty, noisy, smelled horrible and had no visible nursing staff. The residents looked uncared for and unhealthy. We dropped our father off at 5 pm and by 1 am, complaints from our mother caused us to return to retrieve him. He was walking around unattended, in his diaper and soiled underwear! This place is a disgrace and should be investigated!
