My husband almost died in this facility. There was only 1 nurse who cared about patients. It was so bad I had to hire a Medical Assistant for 9 pm -9 am so he was protected. They only time the employees came in was to give medicine. He ended up having a stroke and got CDiff while he was there for 10 day. There were bugs continually flying around his room. He was so weak from brain surgery and if he didn't eat no one checked just removed the tray and replaced it with the next meall.
