Awful place. My complaint with the State of Maryland resulted in Caritas being noted for a number of deficiencies. They intentionally prevented my contact with my mother. They stole or lost my mom's TV remote. Rather than reporting it or replacing it, and informing me, they choose to force her to watch the same tv station for weeks or months, 24 hours a day.
They abused both myself and my mother.
