COVID outbreak, staff did NOT follow protocol Loved one sat 2 hours in her own waste, no one would change her Employee caught going through loved ones personals Rude nurses, ignore patients needs, talk rudely to patients Therapy is not substantial, you must complain over and over again to get something done Medications given to loved one that she had no idea what it was or why it was given to her Doctor, what Doctor? Very inconsistent, care ignored if loved ones don't complain Meals are inappropriate for patients with high blood pressure or diabetes, unbalanced meals served cold, late evening snacks were NEVER served Futurecare Pineview needs to be shut down
