Brookdale North Oaks, formerly Clare Bridge of North Oaks, is a North Oaks, MN Alzheimers care community for seniors. We provide Alzheimer’s and dementia care for seniors and offers the promise of Daily Moments of Success. Brookdale North Oaks is a Brookdale community dedicated to serving the special care needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
