Not here for the safety of your loved one

I am not doing this for a prize or whatever; I am doing this so you can know what I experienced when my husband was there in Nov 2011 and AMAed. Walk through the door and smell the urine. Asked a question of a staff member walking the floor and you will either be passed off to another person or be given an unacceptable answer. Ask why the patient was not given meds like Lasix and you will be told the doctor at the time of admitting had not prescribed them - when you had hand carried the list. The nurse practitioner knows less about medicine than I do and my last biology class was in high school. When you ask her a question expect a lie for her response. In 2004 an excellent facility and 2011 a dump with poor, lazy, uneducated staffing.
