Foothill Acres Nursing Center has been a pillar of the community for over 49 years. The facility was founded by the late Dr. & Mrs. Husted, of Neshanic, NJ in 1954. It was family owned and operated until October 1, 2002, when private owners purchased it. The name was changed to Foothill Acres Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
