With a history of frequent falls and status post fractured elbow with a pin insertion my father was wheeled to his room after his dinner and just left. Realizing that no one was coming back to assist him with his evening care he made his way to the bathroom. While standing in the bathroom he fell hitting his side on the bathtub. He laid on the bathroom floor for 10 hours before someone came to check on him. Four fractured ribs, dehydrated and traumatized he was sent to the ER. MY FATHER DIED 4 WEEKS LATER HE NEVER SHOULD HAVE DIED LIKE THIS !!!!! Failure to provide care as agreed. Pure NEGLECT !!!
