My mother was neglected and Exploited by this corporation. she was there less than one week, injured and they automatically withdrew $7,252.00 from her account two months after she moved out! They are understaffed, and unprofessional. The protocol from the head injury was not followed. She was sent to the Hospital by herself, she suffers from senile dementia and cannot communicate verbally. She was terrified three hours at the ER by herself until they notified me and I arrived.
