Southern Manor Rest Home

I Threatha Bennings residing at 129 Jackson street do state this to be true. On July 27, one of the patients took my mail from my mail box. The contents was my medication from the Veterans Hospital. I ran after her an asked for my mail. She told me, she had her mail coming to my house, explained she could not do that because she did not live here and taking someones mail was a federal offence. I reported her to southern manor. I was informed she had been all over the neighborhood taking mail, the Thompson bro. Funeral home, Thomas Jefferson school I am very concerned for my safety as well as the young woman. The police was called and i had to take out a warrant. I found out from the police, this was not the first time. The managers miss Ramsu, stated she is bi-polar and schizophrenic (a psychosis marked by bizarre, and sometimes delusional behavior) I am so grateful to god she did not go off when I took my mail from her. After the incident, I saw the lady walking the street with a coat and umbrella and wool gloves on. i think the lady should be someplace where she is well supervised, I know somebody in that place see her when she leave the building, , it is so much more I could say but i will have written proof before I do
