I have had this company for over a year and the only reason I don't fire them is because right now I have a great PCA. Having said that, the personnel manager has only found a fill in 1-in -6 times. This means that on Saturdays I have someone show up once a month (I found the last fill in for them and they got her hurt). I have had to let several PCA's go for not showing up or stoned. Watch your things if you use this company!
