Resident & family reviews
Primitive treatments of individuals with dementia especially. Continuously violate federal care laws/standards and quickly build "cover-ups" when called out for these violations. Unusually cozy relationships with licensing/investigating officials to the detriment of resident's needing compassionate care. Be assured that I would not allow this facility to care for my pet rock!
