there has been no on site administration for the past 4 months at this facility. Multiple request for care plan adjustments for my mom have been met with no response. The corporation is unresponsive. They clearly make their decisions based on dollar value to their pockets. They just closed this facility last week...moved my Mom out with no notice to family, moved none of her possessions. She was already in a fragile emotional state. She laid in her bed for a week, refusing food, depressed, not understanding it all. Need I say more?Hospice located her and alerted the family.
