I want to make it clear that I was initially very excited about this property because of its location and proximity to public transportation for my parent. However the extremely poor management, safety issues, unbelievably poor food service, lack of ability to communicate with the management, general feeling among many of us residents that we are not considered important and the very high and fast turnover of the employees says it all. Recently one of the residents was trapped in a storage room recently for over 2 hours. No mention of this to the rest of us and the problem is still present. In short they do not care about you here and I encourage you to visit and actually talk candidly to residents. Make sure and visit what passes as a fitness program, DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT! Also make sure and visit a movie showing and see if you can hear or see the showing. Please be very careful before committing to this property.
