I have worked for this company for 9 years. I have watch things slowly fall apart at out house and within the company. The caregivers work very hard to help the residents. But, the company does not allow enough time or staffing to properly care for everyone. We never do proper evacuation practices and the number of residents cannot be evacuated safely with only one staff member. The families sign contracts and pay a lot of money for services that have NEVER existed. State is in our facility to investigate on a regular basis. Past employees have been fired for stating the truth to the State during investigations. We are also forced to lie to the State about what really goes on or we will be fired. Staff is uneducated and under trained. I can't wait to retire!
