What they state about the facility and what I've seen are not the same. Mother has had her clothing missing from her closets and never returned. When she walks the hallways in her confused state at times, she's told to go back to her room and lay down, instead of the "staff" helping to reassure her of whatever issue she's having to calm her. She has had several falls without staff being present as they state. The ratio for "staff" to residents is not adequate. Mother is NEVER at any Activity, let alone being taken outside for fresh air and change of scenery to Stimulate the mind, that is not done here. No ID tags on ANY staff persons, don't think they are State Licensed CNA's either. I have NEVER seen Basima with a stethoscope, let alone even see her in the facility. Now with COvid 19 in the facility, I and others HAVEN'T received ANY Information about what is being done. Was told they are sending a letter to everyone, that's been well over 1 month and calls are not returned either. Do I recommend this facility, NO. And also Not ONE resident ever HAS WATER AT THE BEDSIDE, that's neglect in my eyes.
